TERMS & CONDITIONS – REFURBISHED PRINTERS

All refurbished printers are tested and checked before dispatch.

Product condition may vary depending on the model. Minor scratches, marks or signs of previous use may be present.

Warranty: Warranty is applicable only as mentioned on the product/invoice. Warranty covers manufacturing or functional issues only.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, burn damage, mishandling, power fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.

Consumables and wear & tear parts such as print heads, rollers, belts, sensors, cutters, batteries, etc. may not be covered under warranty unless specifically mentioned.

Warranty is not transferable and is applicable only to the original purchaser.

Any product issue must be reported within the specified warranty period. The customer may be required to send the product for inspection/testing.

Repair or replacement will be provided at the seller's discretion after technical inspection, subject to warranty terms.

No return or refund will be accepted for change of mind, wrong model selection, compatibility issues, or improper installation/use.

Customers are advised to confirm the model, specifications and compatibility before placing the order.

Accessories included with the printer will be as mentioned in the product listing/invoice. Original accessories are not guaranteed unless specifically mentioned.

Product images shown in advertisements may be for reference. The actual product may have minor cosmetic differences.

Shipping damage must be reported immediately with unboxing video and photographs for verification.

Once the product is delivered and accepted, any claim will be handled strictly according to the applicable warranty and return terms.

By purchasing a refurbished product, the customer acknowledges and accepts the above Terms & Conditions.
